Strategic Energy Management Presentation | Leidos
The original presentation ran more than 40 slides, and the presenter was so nervous about delivering it to a large audience that he nearly canceled. He was accustomed to relying heavily on bullet points, so the challenge was to dramatically simplify the story while giving him enough structure to feel confident.
Working closely with him, we cut the presentation in half and rebuilt it around a TED Talk–style approach: fewer words, stronger visual moments, purposeful data, and a clear narrative arc. The slides became visual cues rather than a script, allowing the presenter to focus on telling the story instead of reading the screen.
The result: 20 focused slides, a more engaged audience, and a presenter who was ready to take the stage.
